Quarterly Potluck & Presentation - Road Ecology with Kylie Paul
Join us for a community potluck and presentation at the Swan Valley Community Hall in Condon.
Wildlife take a risky chance every time they cross a highway — yet these movements are vital for accessing food, water, safety, and mates. Motorists run the wildlife gauntlet while driving in Montana, especially in autumn with the rut and increased darkness. Fortunately, we can make roads safer for both animals and drivers. This discussion will explore the science and planning behind wildlife crossing structures, as well as the dedicated efforts and people working to address these challenges across Montana and the region.
Doors Open: 5:30PM
Potluck Begins: 6:00PM
Presentation Begins: 6:30PM
