Michelle Peziol
  • Michelle is a seasoned tracker who embarked on her journey in 2009. Her relentless passion for tracking has led her through countless trails, and she has honed her skills over the years. Her commitment to understanding the natural world has taken her from tracking mountain lions in Wyoming to pursuing a Master's degree in Environmental Science at WSU.

Graduating with a Master's degree, Michelle specialized in studying the profound impacts of mountain lion predation on large-scale nutrient cycling. Now, she resides in Montana, where her expertise extends to tracking nitrogen in groundwater. Her work in understanding the intricate connections between wildlife, ecosystems, and nutrient dynamics continues to shape her contributions to environmental science throughout Montana.
